June 13 Sunday, 1943

ToDay is the Birthday of

Fair and warm wind So.

Rode my wheel over to see Walder, Pic, and Eric.

Rode over to town with Walder. We put a new rope on his boat.

When I got back, Archie and I went up to the Hotel Rocks and each dug a bucket of nice clams.

Walder and I were going fishing for bass tonight but it rained so we didn’t go.

Dot Dunlap, Cozette, Archie and Fannie came in for a few minutes tonight.

Milt Vaughan sold a lit of his rabbits today.

Didn’t feel like working in the garden.

John Morton called me up and said Jack had fungus [?] scratching in his garden and I think he is mistaken.
