ToDay is the Birthday of Elizabeth Burnap

Rain today cleared just before sunset.

I went over to town this morning, Judge Briggs gave me a ride over Ira Ward’s.

Jake Gault were with him.

Had a talk with Arnauld.

At noon, Eddie Hathaway came in to see me a few minutes, he says he likes the army life fine.

This afternoon I took Mrs. Hornblower’s registration over to the Henrys and put it in her car.

Went down to the greenhouse and Tom Prentis came in for a visit.

As soon as I got home we went down to the camp for the first time since last September. We had to leave the car at the end of our road and walk down on account of the mud.

We tracked a fox in the soft sand.

The camp was in fine shape and it was good to see it again.

The pond is frozen over.
