June 27 Sunday, 1943

Today is the birthday of

Fair and cooler wind east.

Worked in the garden most all day, and got a good sunburn.

Archie worked in his garden too.

I heard the Mortons caught three good big bass this morning.

Milt was down and he and Ski worked on the boat.

He, Eleanor, and Ski went to the pictures tonight.

Thelma and I went over to see Archie and Cozzette. Fannie was over there and so was Shrimp.
