Fair + Cool
Called up John O’Brien at 7:30 about putting in some flood lights around the pool garden.
Trimmed edgings all the forenoon. Saw a quail and a chipmunk.
Bill Whiting called me up at 12:30 and said he will take me out to the dig tonight.
Bill came up at 6 PM and we went out to the Kingston dig, and we dug till dark and we didn’t get a single thing, the lousiest digging I have ever done.
Thel worked up at the stand today.
Bill had a letter from Doug Byers.
