Fair + Cool
Geo. Crowell and the Boss called me up to the barn and they had two salmon just arrived from New Brunswick. I opened up the boxes and cleaned them. One weighed 35 or 40 lbs. The Boss gave me fine steaks and a large piece to boil.
After supper Bobbie and Gretchen came in and stayed for about an hour. Bob is looking very thin.
I saw a woodcock on the front drive.
Dave and his family and Mrs. Nowell and Alice came in.
Dave ran off a lot of movies he took down at the pond.
They stayed here till 11:30 P.M. and left for the camp.
