Fair + Warm
Planted some seed in the frames for plants for next Spring.
After supper Thel and I took a ride up to Eleanor’s. Geo., Eleanor, Ski and Bud are going to the movies.
Blackberries are ripe now.
When we left Eleanor’s we rode over to Geo. Holman’s garage. Thel paid him for some work on the car.
We stopped at the Hathaway’s a few minutes. Archie gave us some squash and lettuce and Percy Finney gave me some string beans.
I saw a sharp shinned hawk flying along towards the Meyer house with a bird in its claws when four Navy planes came along and flew right over the hawk, who took not the slightest notice of them.
