226th day- 139 days follow

Fair + Hot.

Sure was a hot day today.

Jubbie and I worked on the cutting garden all day.

The blacksmith came and put another shoe on Ski’s horse, to replace the one he lost Sunday.

I saw Percy Finney and Ted Seaford going after stripers at the mouth of the river.

Did some shooting with both bows, had fair luck.

Saw a small garter snake.

Saw two hawks after dinner.  They have been around for some time now.
