306th day- 59 days follow

Fair + Warm

Thel, I, Geo., Eleanor and the kids went down to the camp.  George and I worked all day on his lot mowing brush and trimming trees.

We pulled up the boat and closed the camp sky lights for the winter.

We came home by the back way of Long Pond and Whipple’s.

Priscilla Rich called me up tonight to see if I would put up a couple of shutters for her, as they are leaving for Florida Thursday.

Thel said she saw a pheasant down by the meadow ditch this morning.

The pond was certainly pretty today, smooth as a mirror and full of reflections of the trees along the shore line.
