313th day- 52 days follow

(Arrowheads)

Fair, Cool + Windy

Rained last night.

Bill came up this morning and he and I took a ride up to the Browne site and I found a beautiful knife finely finished, a fine specimen, and one small celt* very good and one large gray green knife, two white quartz scrapers, several broken bases, and some unfinished stuff flaked, and part of another celt.

From there we went out to West’s saw mill and Bill found two quartz points, one is exceptional fine, one with a side notched base.

From there we went out to No. River and while we were there Bill Fowler and another fellow from Bridgewater, and Charlie Sherman, Carl Sherman, Adrian Whiting and Dick Bent.

Victoria came in for a visit tonight.

Thel and George polished the car this afternoon.

*Ed. note: Celt- a long, thin stone or bronze tool, similar to an adze, hoe, or axe
