Fair. Windy and Cool
When I started to work this A.M. I scared up two cock pheasants on this side of the meadow. I should have made a double try but the safety was on, and I pulled my arm off, and by the time I realized what was wrong they were on the other side of the valley.
I went across and got a shot at one and missed it. Three tries and nothing to show for it.
Cut off some more limbs.
Thel took me over to town at noon and I got a pair of work shoes.
Eleanor and Marie and Suzanne were here for their dinner.
We are planning to go up to Dave’s tomorrow.
