321st day- 44 days follow

Fair, Cool, + Windy

Mr. H., Mrs. H., Bud and Priscilla were there.

Mr. H. and Bud took a walk around the place to see if they could find any game.  Bud got a double on a cock pheasant and missed over in Greenwood’s.  Mr. H. got a shot at the partridge with his 12/0 [?] and got it.

They all left about 11 A.M. for the island, M.V.

Jubbie and I sawed up some logs and cut down some pine trees.

I found a box turtle ‘s shell that ha on the under shell J.B. 1936.

After supper Thel and I took a ride up to Eleanor’s.

Thel and Walter went to the movies tonight and won an Emerson Radio.  Mary Hoxie won the other one.

I killed the pheasant that I shot at  the other day.  Dutton’s dog found it.
