326th day- 39 days follow

Arrowheads

Partly Cloudy

Jubbie and I took down the largest tree on the place at the foot of the drive.  It was a big Austrian Pine.  We made twenty two foot cuts when we sawed it up.

Bill came after dinner + we went up to the Browne dig.  I got only one good artifact, a grooved scraper probably  for scraping down arrow shafts.

And several poor broken pieces.

Bill found the top part of what once was a wonderful celt.

He left me off at Eleanor’s and I had supper there and stayed till Thel came after me.

Evelyn’s father is to be buried Tuesday.

Ski and Bud went up to Brockton this afternoon.
