Fair + Cool
This A.M. I took a walk in as far as Richard Greenwood’s, tracked four deer this side of the Stone’s entrance and two on the other side. I went into the woods and came through by the Teep Lapham farm, saw several sets of tracks in the woods. Came back to Eleanor’s and had dinner.
After dinner we all took a ride up to Chris Swift’s bog, no new tracks there, plenty of tracks of deer jackers, went down the Beaver Dam Road and back by the shore.
Then up the Jordan Road along the Long Pond Road to the Little Herring Pond and thru the scout camp to Cortello’s Corner and home.
