352nd day- 13 days follow

Partly Cloudy Moderate

Took a walk over to see Steve but didn’t

We got a surprise present from Mr. + Mrs. Hornblower, and it was a brace of pheasants. Cock + a hen, and a tumbler of jelly.  They came from Maple Farms, near Damariscotta, Maine.

Thel and Cozette and Evelyn went off at noon and haven’t got back yet.

At 7 P.M. Mr. H. called and I went up on the hill with him and helped reload a couple of cars.
