Yesterday I saw a sparrowhawk up on the hill behind the garage and up by West Pond a grouse walked across the road in front of the car.
Jubbie came to work this A.M.
Thel and Cozette came up on the hill to tell me Mrs. Hornblower wanted some berries and green branches in Boston.
Saw the big hawk again up on the hill.
Thel and Cozette went out of town shopping and were gone all day.
Found crude Felsite triangular arrowhead in Phil Chandler’s.
We cut down several trees today.
Mrs. H. called up tonight.
Jub and I got a lot of greens together to go to Boston
The insurance woman came in and cleaned me completely out.
