358th day- 7 days follow

Fair + Cool

Wind blew like time last night and left about ½ inches of frozen slush.

Jennie Chandler had the fire dept. up early this morning.  The fireplace fire got away and burned a hole in the floor.

Went up on the hill.  Things were O.K. Blew off a few branches.

Bill Whiting came up after dinner and gave me a picture of himself and the 6 ½ small mouth bass he caught last summer in White Island Pond.

Stopped in to see Pic and the kids for a few minutes.

While we were eating supper Dave called up from Wilmington and said they couldn’t come down tonight as Dottie and he have the Grippe.
