18th day- 348 days follow

Snow + Clearing

Woke up at 3 A.M. and it was snowing like time.

Geo. came in while we were at breakfast.

Ski, George + I took a ride up to the store and got some stuff,  then we let George off at Rubin Leach’s and I got off at R.H. driveway + went up on the hill, shoveled snow out of the barn and shut the doors.

Mr. and Mrs. H. were there.  They left the beach wagon stranded by the back door, so we carried their bags to the foot of the drive and Alfred Meyer took them back to Boston.

Bud and his boy came in while we were eating dinner.

This afternoon Geo., Eleanor, and the two girls came down and stayed through supper, then they went home to put the kids to bed.

Bud didn’t stay to supper.

The puppy is growing and feeling fine, full of mischief.
