Fair + Warmer

Took Mrs. H’s plant over to H.H. greenhouse.  Had a talk with Steve.

Went home around by the store and got some tobacco.

After dinner I went collecting for the church on Cliff St.  Didn’t have too much luck.

Mrs. Holman called up as her oil furnace wouldn’t go, so I went up and finally got it going.

Tonight I called up Mrs. Whiting to find out how Bill is and her report was bad.  He has been in bed three days and the Dr. has been giving him hypo’s to put him to sleep.  I am terribly afraid that Bill and I won’t be arrowheading together any more.  If not, I sure am going to miss him something fierce for we have been such close friends for so many years that I shall probably never find such a fine and true friend again.
