78th day-288 days follow

Fair + Mild

Fertilized lawns today and took some of straw off the flowers.

I found another pot of tulips and gave them to Dick.

Jubbie raked up leaves this afternoon.

Eleanor and her girls were here for dinner.

Thel took them home for supper.

Ski’s horse ran off this morning.  He came up by the hill and Tom Doten caught him over at H. H.’s.

I got a letter from Mrs. H. from N.Y.

Bobbie Swift, Hen Swift, Archie and I went to the polo game tonight, and Plymouth played Worcester, and got beaten. 5 for Worcester 3 for Plymouth.

Saw quite a lot of people I know there.

The games were rough and some of the players got hurt.
