132nd day- 234 days follow

Fair + Warmer

George and Eleanor came down this A.M. with a truck and got some beds and furniture for their upstairs apartment.

Walder stepped in for a few minutes.

Thel and I took a ride down to the camp.  I spent the whole day raking up out of doors.

Thel helped me on the raking.

We came home down by Long pond and stopped at Al Holman’s and Bubbie Nicksrson’s new house lots.  They were all there, and Milt Vaughn and his family.

Marguerite, Milt’s wife, said her mother is improving.

When we got  home Mrs. Hornblower called up from Boston.  I had a talk with Harry too.

Ski didn’t work today.  She went horseback riding in the I.M. and she and Bud went riding in the buggy.

Walder told me the Selectmen gave Plimoth Plantation a permit to erect a building down by the Rock.
