136th day- 230 days follow

(Arrowheads)

Cloudy and Cool

Jubbie worked this A.M.

Thel took me to work this morning and got me at noon.

I am going to have a wonderful bloom on the dogwoods and apple trees up on the hill.

This afternoon Thel, Bill, and I took a ride up to Griffin’s and took a look at the Browne site.  Mrs. Griffin came and hunted with us.  I found two broken ones and gave them to Mrs. Griffin.

Then we went up to Stone’s and found Dick Bent and Billie Pierce hunting there.  Dick had one point.

Bill found one small piece of pottery and I found one long narrow stemmed felsite arrowhead, a real honey.

Then we went up to Porter Harlow’s and it was in wonderful shape to hunt. Bill and I found nothing but Thel found three white quartz points.

Thel and I went over to the M.A.S. meeting tonight.  We had a fine super and a good meeting.

I took my quartz hammer stone and my Metate, which was quite a sensation.
