137th day- 229 days follow

Fair turned to Rain

When we got up this A.M. the sun came up nice and warm, clouded over about noon and rained.

Thel and I went down to the camp.  I did some more raking down on the point.

After dinner I went out on the pond and caught 7 tiny red perch for bait but it started to rain before I had a chance to try them.

Hathaways, Nickerson, and Holmans were over at Archie’s, and they built a swell out of doors fireplace and did some work on Ski’s sail boat.

We stopped in at Eleanor’s on the way home and Mr., Mrs, and Skipper Melville were there.  Mr. was eating supper there.

Eleanor had two prospects on her upstairs apartment today but she doesn’t know if is is let or not.
