Mrs. H’s Boston Garden Club arrived to inspect the gardens this afternoon.
They seemed to think it looked pretty good..
Thel did her first day’s work up at the Johnson’s Stand.
After supper Thel and I took a ride up to Boot Pond and I fished for about an hour. I got three good large red perch, and one white perch, and a lot of roaches.
Jubbie and I stopped at Mr. Dutton’s and told him we would fix his shutters tomorrow night.
Today I found the hummingbird’s nest. It is on the same cedar tree that she had it on last yer, on the limb above the old nest about ½ foot.
