225th day- 141 days follow

Showers today.

Jubbie didn’t come to work this A.M. on account of the rain.

I worked on the gutters all day.

Mrs. H. + Martha are in Boston.

After supper Thel,Cozette and Grandma Holman took a ride out to Kingston and back.

The Lane Company sure are tearing up the earth for the new Bypass.

The Old Colony Memorial ran a big article on the Plymouth Plantation.  The sample house is going up on the waterfront between the Rock and Steamboat Wharf.*

* To our Plimoth Patuxet readers: This might be an interesting article to read!

  1. Hi Andi and Anne,

I found a clipping of the Old Colony Memorial article in a scrapbook in Plimoth Patuxet’s Collection. I believe this was Harry Hornblower’s scrapbook.

    Best, Tom
