Worked all day raking up brush on the fire belt.
Bill Whiting called me up at noon and he had a letter from Doug Byers stating that he had not received the articles and sketches he sent up to Andover to be published in the Bulletin.
Bill feels quite upset about it.
After supper Thel and I took a ride up to Eleanor’s to see the kids.
Thel went to Quincy on a shopping tour with Helen Griffin.
