(Vacation)
Fair + Warmer
Thel, Ski, + I went over to town and took in Bud and started on our vacation.
We came up Route 1 and shot off for dinner at Standford.
I saw a Florida Egret off the turnpike in a salt marsh and a bluebird after we got to Maine.
We are now in one of Davis Brother’s cabins on an island in the Sheepscot River.
There is repair work going on in the middle of the bridge. I took a walk after supper, out on the bridge, and got acquainted with the man that was directing traffic. We left good friends.
This has been a wonderful day, fair and warm, and we sure enjoyed every minute of it.
