Mrs. H. has her dog and she took it hunting on the first day of the open season.
Sawed wood in back of the barn, took down the sign at the front of the drive. They won’t get it the night of Halloween this year.
The masons have put the metal windows in Ski’s house.
After supper Bud + Ski gave me a ride over as far as Bill Whiting’s.
Charlie Sherman came in a few minutes after I got there. He spent the evening arranging Bill’s artifacts in the cases he made for Bill.
There was a bad accident in the next house to Bill’s. It was in Annie Richard’s. Dick Adams mother-in-law was there taking care of Annie.
Mrs. Harlow a neighbor tried to get in to the house and couldn’t raise anyone. She called Dick’s wife. She went over and broke in and she found the house full of gas and her mother was dead and Annie was unconscious.
Annie hadn’t come to late tonight.
