Aired and sprayed Bud’s uniform and army clothes.
Worked all day on the flower gardens cleaning off foliage.
I lost two shotgun shells at noon and knew almost the identical spot they dropped in the grass, but I couldn’t find them.
This afternoon I saw one flock of 20 geese and heard another just at dark.
Thel said she saw a flock of over 100 geese, and that they were flying in a large group, and zigzagging, so I think it was brant.*
Gary, Bud’s boy, was up here this afternoon.
Bud and Ski were here all the evening.
Carl up at Manomet called up Thel and wants her to go to work for him in his restaurant on the State Road cooking.
*Ed. Note. A smaller breed but similar in looks to a Canada goose but with a shorter neck
