Showers in A.M. Fine at P.M.
George and the kids were [here] this morning.
After dinner Thel and I took a ride over to town and picked up Bill + Lottie and took them for a ride up along the shore as far as Scituate Harbor and back through Marshfield.
We stopped at the Homestead for supper.
After supper we took a ride up to Geo. + Eleanor’s and played cards.
Bud and Ski just came in.
Carl’s sister called up Thel this A.M. and said that Carl’s wife is up at the hospital, and they haven’t as yet found out what her trouble really is.
A flock of 22 geese flew over the dig yesterday afternoon. They had been flying against a headwind and they were so tired they were just about making headway.
