Fair + Warm
Went up on the hill this A.M. and packed up a pair of blanket covers, and sent them to Dimp.
Found 3 boxes in the barn. Called up Geo. Crowell. He said it was turkeys, so I went back up on the hill and hung them in the barn cellar.
Swept the house and the hall rugs.
After dinner Thel gave me a ride up to the top of the Pine Hills. I went up towards the Lookout and found George. We hunted on both sides of the State road till dark and saw nothing. We came out of the woods by Fiske Mabbitt, and home across the C.C.
Rode down to town with George and the kids and had an ice cream.
When I got in the house I found a note saying that they are coming up tomorrow to put in the telephone, in my tool room up on the hill.
