Fair + Cool

I saw two robins and two flickers up on the hill.

This is the third winter there has been a large owl up on the hill in the red pines by the blackberry patch.  I happened to wonder this morning if it had come back this winter, so I went + looked, sure enough it was in the same tree it used last year.

I burned rubbish all this A.M.

This afternoon I took my Income Tax blank over to Walder’s for him to make out for me.

Also my Metate.  He is going to make some sketches of it so I can write it up for the Bulletin and have it illustrated.

Walder and I played a few games of crib. He beat me.
