(Arrowheads)

Fair + Warm

Fine today just like spring.

Eleanor and the girls were here for dinner.  Eleanor’s dog ran away.  I hope she (?)

Bill came up just after we finished dinner and he and I took a ride down to Sagamore and we found our old favorite hunting place has been all bulldozed up into piles.  A lot of the fellows were down there last Saturday.

Bill found two good arrowheads, a piece of soapstone, a piece of a banner stone, and a lot of broken stuff.  I found two nice white quartz stemmed points and one poor one, and a piece of soapstone.

From the center of the bridge to the house it took us 24 minutes.

Bud found Eleanor’s dog.

Bubbie Nickerson stopped in for me tonight and I went with him to the Polo game, rather a poor game.  Worcester didn’t have Cramer to help them tonight and they lost 13 to 7.

The big owl was in the red pine today.
