86th day- 279 days follow

(Woodchuck, Geese, Arrowheads)

Fair + Warm

Worked in the house till after dinner.

Saw a whale of a woodchuck over on the edge of Walder’s land.

After dinner I rode my bike up to the Browne dig, saw Mr. and Mrs. Griffin.

I went over and dug about 2 ½ hours and had no luck till just before I quit, then I found a broken base of a triangular, one small piece of Grade, a plumbago, and one large triangular white quartz point, a small tip broken off each wing points

Then I found a beautiful triangular translucent quartz point that will take a lot of beating.

Saw Mr.Griffin again and we watched geese flying north.  One flock had 48 and the other nearer 60.

Grandma Holman and the Hathaway’s spent the day at the pond.

I ate supper at Ski’s..
