102nd day- 263 days follow

Fair + Warmer

Bill came up on the hill this morning to see if I knew where the fire was last night.  I didn’t, so he took me over to see it.  The fire was an incendiary fire in the Plymouth Plantation house down by the Rock. It had been set on the north side and burned up that side and part of the roof is burned off.

I thought I lost a wife in the flush so I called up George to find out how to get it back.  He came down to give me a lift, but I found the wire in the meantime and fired the thing up.

So he and I played a few games of cribbage and he beat me pretty badly.

There was a total eclipse of the full moon tonight. It couldn’t have been better.
