Arrowheads
Cloudy + Cool
George, Marie, + Suzanne were in here this morning. The kids had an egg hunt.
Moved Charlie Sherman’s lumber out of the way.
I took a ride with Geo. and the girls down to JB’s corner.
After dinner Thel gave me a ride up to the Browne site. I dug in the bushes for an hour and dug up a lot of deer bones and the first copper bead I ever found.
Then I went over into the garden and dug for a couple of hours, and had pretty good luck.
I got one fine grooved hammer stone, one bone arrowhead, on white quartz scraper, fine broken arrowheads, one very good and one fine red arrowhead, one very large Quahog shell, one good long triangular arrowhead, and one long grey arrowhead, fair.
I walked home and stopped up on the hill to fix the cold frames.
