Fair + Warm
This was a wonderful day.
I took a ride down to Ellisville with Walder and Jim Swanton. I met the woman that owns the place, and I like the layout very much.
After dinner I went up to the Browne (site) and dug a couple of hours, and had poor luck, found slews of deer bones and dog bones, and jaws with teeth of both, as well as a lot of big pieces of mud turtle shell and bones.
Rode up to Eleanor’s and got some water.
Talked with Geo. Olsson and Mr. Griffin.
This is Grandma Holman’s last night. She is going over to Archie’s to live tomorrow.
