Mrs. H. was here today and left for Boston at 4 P.M.
I did chores all day today.
After work I stopped in to see old Mr. Dutton. He seemed a little better today.
When I got to Pick’s Walder, David, and Anne were in the swing chairs. I sat with them awhile and had supper with them.
From all reports the stripers are biting fast everywhere.
Everything is drying up, and we sure need rain.
Walder invited me to take a ride up to Cambridge next Monday afternoon to see [an] English and American track meet.
