Fair + Hot
Mrs. H. and Mary and Sally were there. I hear Sally is leaving next week.
After dinner Thel took me down to the camp. Ski went with us.
Pic and Walder and the boys came down and went out fishing.
The kids caught some small perch. Walder caught a large bass and let it go. It is still closed season.
The Swedes across the pond were having some kind of a celebration and kept it up till 2 A.M.
The bass drowned a young robin in the pool this morning. The bird evidently fell in the pool and the bass tried to swallow it as the feathers were all pulled out up to the wings.
