This was a scorcher today.
Cleaned out the pool and the flower beds around the pool.
11 P.M. The wind just went east and it is cooling the air off fast.
Thel came up on the hill this afternoon with Toot [and] May, Millie + Conrad.
After supper Mrs. H. called up and said that the family are moving down Friday afternoon.
After I had supper and washed the dishes I took a walk up on the hill to see if I could get a shot at the woodchuck that has ruined the cutting garden.
On the way home I stopped in to see Pic. She had been down to Ship Pond to visit Howard’s family. She said they like the place so far.
