Cleaned out the pool and trimmed the hedges.
Saw quail on the hill three times today.
Mickey came over after dinner and fired up his job. I won’t miss what he did too much.
Geo. Stef came for me at 6 P.M. and we picked up Bobbie Lee and George Lee and went up to Boston to the Braves’ field to see the game between the Boston Braves and the Brooklyn Dodgers. It was a swell game with all of the major plays on tap. Boston won 9 to 5.
We came home through Brookline and Dorchester Ave. And got home at 1:15 A.M. Thel had got home when [I] got here.
