Fair + Hot
Finished up around the rose garden.
After dinner Bud, Ski, Thel, + I took a ride down to the camp and after we had been there a few minutes Bob + Gretchen and their baby came down and we all went in for a swim.
On the way home we ran into a thunder shower by the sheep farm and it was coming down in sheets there. When we got up to Manomet it hadn’t rained there at all.
After supper I took a walk over to Walder’s and we shot some on the target. I was very poor on the whole, but in one round I put 5 out of 6 arrows in the bull.
After we got thru shooting Pic took Eric, David, and i up to take a look at the Whipple’s luxurious house at the foot of the Pine Hills.
