Fair + Warm
I saw Harry about quitting time this afternoon and he invited me to go sea clamming with him.
He, Lothrop Withy Jr., Spencer Brewster, and I went down as far as the Beach Bath house when it came up a swell thunder shower. We stayed there till it was all over then picked up the two D’Amato brothers and rode down to the point of the beach and I found four sea clams. Lothrop and Spencer found four each. I don’t know how many Harry found.
The D’Amato that needed a shave was high man.
They are all planning on going on tomorrow morning’s tide.
I ate supper over at Ski’s.
I saw my father drown in Hoit’s Pond 48 years ago today.
