249th day- 116 days follow

Cloudy + Warm

Cleaned out the gutters today.

I picked a half barrel box of wild grapes this afternoon.

Saw a large flock of young quail at noon.

After supper at Ski’s I went over to Walder’s and we shot three rounds.  I won.

While we were shooting, Harry H., Lothrup W. Jr. came in and watched us a few minutes, as did Adrian and Florence.

Later I went in and Walder and I played four games of Crib and Walder won 3.  He gave me a ride home.

Thel and Ethel Swift and the rest of the gang at Carl’s took a ride up to Conway, N.H. today.  They intend to stay all night.
