255th day- 110 days follow

Fair + Cool

Watered on the hill all day.

The bowling green is beginning to green up some.  I didn’t get as good a catch of grass seed as I had hoped for.

Walder and I saw a pheasant fly out of Gene Houlton’s garden.

The starlings have eaten up all the grapes in the hollow and up on the hill.

I see in the paper tonight that one of the Withingtons is getting married to a girl named Driscoll.

Thel seems to be a lot better today.

Ski is still doing the cooking.

Thought I saw Vickie driving Harry’s car this afternoon.

Bud and Ski have gone to the movies.
