Showers
Saw Mr. H. on the hill this A.M. He has gone to the vineyard.
Bill Whiting came up a [few] minutes before noon and he gave me a ride home.
After dinner Thel, Bud, Ski + I took a ride up to Brockton Fair.
We had showers while we were there, and we started for home in th second downpour. On the way home we stopped near East Bridgewater and had a good supper.
We got home early.
This has been the first good rain we have had since the last of May. This has been the hottest and driest summer yet.
