206th day- 59 days follow

(Arrowheads)

Windy, Cold, Cloudy

I got up and took a walk up by the barn, and took a look over the pond and pastures.

After breakfast we put two shrubs on a stone drag and took them up to the new location and planted them.

Then Mr. H., George Crowell and I took a trip over to the Spring house.  The bulldozer was there working.  George and I took a walk over to the back side of the island.

At 1 P.M. Mr. H., George, Bessie Greenwood and I took a ride in the jeep over to the sand dune area.

We found a place there where the soil had blown away off of an Indian workshop site.  I found three arrowheads and a couple of pieces.  Mr. H. found two and some broken pieces.  He gave them to me.

After dinner Geo. and I came back to Chilmark and took the boat for home.  We got here about 5:45.
