324th day- 41 days follow

(Arrowheads)

Light, Warm, Showers

After breakfast I rode my wheel up to Griffin’s.  Saw Mr. Griffin, then went over to the dig and dug for about four hours.

It was hard digging today as I dug out two pits, one about four feet by four feet, the other three feet by three feet, both had about everything but artifacts.

While digging I found two white quartz triangular arrowpoints, three good sized notched long narrow points, a couple of scrapers, several pieces of pottery, a fox’s lower jaw.

Saw Bill Ward on the way home.

Ski came over and got me some supper.

Bill Braley was here when I came home + Thel had gone to work.
