Snow + Clearing
I stopped in at Pick’s on my way home from work.
I found some fine red berries and gave them to Pick.
When Walder came home, I had supper with them.
While I was there Geo. Stef. came in and he said that he and his boss went down back of Snell’s Bog where he and I were all yesterday afternoon. He said they were there about an hour when a buck deer came almost up to them. They both shot at once and hit him and fired three times more and got him just in the edge of the wood. George said he thinks it would weigh 200 cleaned, and has 11 points.
Eleanor and the kids were here for dinner.
