ToDay is the Birthday of ___________

Snow melting. Rain and south wind.

Showshoed up to the hill this morning and went down the drive and dug out the drains.

I heard that Freddie Moon got home today on his first furlow.

I got a letter from Bob Lee today, he’s in at Atlantic City N.J. in the Army Air Cadets, he hasn’t got his uniform yet, it is a new camp and not fully equipped as yet.

Wrote a letter to Bob and one to Dave, two swell boys.

I often wonder what Bob things about me. Some time I hope he and I will have a heart to heart talk.
