ToDay is the Birthday of
Fair and cold wind N.
Thel took me over to the Post Office and I met Bill Whiting there, in a little while Charlie Sherman and his sister came along and they packed us up.
And we all went to Boston to the Hotel Vendome [?] to the meeting of the Mass. Arch Society. We met all of the gang and had a fine time.
There was some good papers and pictures in the afternoon and a chicken supper at 6.30. After supper we had a moving picture lecture on a dig in Venezuela So. America and it was good. Some of the mountain scenery was very wonderful.
Harry Hornblower was up from Washington.
Charlie drove us home arrived 11-10.
Bill Pierce went with us.
